Free Shipping Policy – Mainland Canada

Orders over CA$75 (before taxes and handling fees) qualify for free standard shipping within Mainland Canada, with the exception of JOOLA Pro Pickleball Nets (SKUs 18232 and 18567).

If you select the free shipping option at checkout, we reserve the right to choose the most appropriate delivery method for your order.

Shipping fees for JOOLA Pro Pickleball Nets are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: CA$150.00

  • Expedited Shipping: CA$300.00

 

SHIPPING TIME

Note: Shipping terms vary depending on location and shipping option selected.

– Standard shipping is 3-7 days plus an additional 1-3 business days for processing.

– Express shipping is 1-3 business days (not available for PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses), plus an additional 2 business days for processing.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

If your order has not shipped after 3 business days, you will be contacted by JOOLA Canada to address the delay. Some possible causes of delay:

  • We are experiencing higher order volume during this time
  • Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
  • Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
  • Shipping address out of delivery range
  • A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order
